My son 8 year old Matt Davey caught his first keeper Striper off Margate
on Sunday, a healthy 35 inch fish. He also had a 27 inch slot fish, some
8lb Bluefish and believe it or not a fat 23" Flounder on a whole clam
which was released.

Here is a photo from December 12, 2002. The
place was the Cape May Clam Beds on the Miss Chris II. One fish was 31
1/2", 15lb and the shorter one was 31", 16lb. What a day, not many slot
fish. Happy New Year to all!

First attempt at surf fishing..I think I like it !

This fish is just over 68 inches long and
weighed in at 71 pounds. The Mitten Crabs were relentless today. They
consumed our half pound of shrimp in a matter of an hour. The chunk of
Lamprey I used stayed on the hook all day.
