January 14, 2001  We are thick in the winter doldrums  as well as a half ass January thaw so as I see it there aren't many fishing options open at the moment.  I hope you have already found my new message board, Capt. Daves Fishing Line, Until actual fishing gets started I will post any interesting or important there.  I will definitely continue with this reports at least on a weekly basis when somebody starts getting some fish.  You can post your own reports on the message board and anything which looks important I will paste over here.  When using the message board please remember that the page is for any information you wish to make public.  If some day there is enough activity that the posts run off the page in less than a week I'll consider breaking the board up into separate departments.  Until then it will be an open forum so please stop by and put in your 2 cents worth.  Capt. January 5, 2001,  As I look out the window all I see is ice on the creek, snow everywhere and even snow in the sky at the moment.  I wish I was back in Guatemala, but I'm trying to get some work done on this web page.  I'll be back shortly.
