A fishing trip for local Special needs Children

Based on a 50 boat entry

Fishing Time: 6am to 2 pm
Weigh-in: 2pm to 4 pm
Weigh Stations: Absecon Bay Sportsmen Center, Dolphin Dock
Chestnut Neck Boatyard, North Point Marine
Entry fee: $65.00 per boat
(Free T-shirt for Captain)
Captains Meeting: Friday, July 16th 7:00 pm
Awards Presentations, Monday, July 19th 8:00 pm
Absecon American Legion (food & refreshment will be served)
Door Prizes & 50-50
With the proceeds from this tournament and the sale of tournament T-shirts the Absecon Saltwater Sportsmen will take Special needs children, their parent(s) and some siblings from the Field of Dreams Organization on a Back Bay fishing trip on the Fish Finder. We will return to the Brigantine Elks Lodge where a picnic will be held and each child will receive an award and a t-shirt.
The more boats we have fishing the tournament means not only larger prizes but more importantly more of these special children we can give some joy too.
