 I the undersigned agree that  I will not hold Absecon Bay Sportsman Center, any partner or associate in any form responsible for any injuries or mishaps to me or caused by me, as a result of participating in this tournament. 

I have also read and understand the rules of this tournament and any infractions will result in disqualification.

If I am fishing in a boat and wish to enter the Calcutta, everyone on the boat must be entered or I will be disqualified and money entered will be forfeited
