Any crew Member entering added to the original crew should fill out an individual form and indicate the name of the boat.
I, the undersigned captain or captain's representative agree that neither my crew or myself hold Absecon Bay Sportsman Center, the owner or any partner or associate in any form responsible for any injury or mishap to myself or crew, or caused by myself or crew as a result of fishing in this tournament.
I also understand the legal requirements and am responsible for safely running my boat at night
I have also read and understand the rules of the tournament and any infractions will disqualify the boat and anyone fishing on my boat.
If any angler on the boat wishes to enter the Calcutta everyone fishing on the boat must be entered.
Remember the Captain and all members of the crew must be individually registered to participate in this tournament. Any non-registered person aboard this boat during the tournament will disqualify all anglers registered as crew to this boat
